"SERAPH" Is a 62 foot Maesbury Marine Services Semi Traditional Stern Narrowboat

Built in 2006 , she had an impressive specification list given to the builder by the owner ( Seraph is a one owner boat from new)

Starting at the stern, under the hydraulic ram supported rear deck is the Barrus Shire 450 engine, this is fitted with twin alternators  ( One Engine and One Domestic) also a 3.5kw Mains Travel Power unit

Hydraulic Bow thruster ( No more flat battery's when you need it most !)

2 Domestic Battery's which were NEW in 2014  and One Engine Start

Master box for the boat alarm system All zones inside the craft can be alarmed including the engine area

Webasto Diesel Heating Unit

Moving down the steps into the cabin, there is on the Starboard side a double hanging wardrobe whilst to Port there are the master fuse boxes for 12 volt and 240 volt,Controller for the Victron , Webasto etc.   Inside the cupboard is a Victron 3.5kw combi Inverter Charger unit and the master control for the 3.5 KW Travelpower Generator

A spacious double fixed bed with good lighting and storage above

Moving down the corridor forward a spacious bathroom area with Tecma Pump Out Toilet , Basin and a large Quadrant shower cubicle

Next we come to another Fixed Double , once again with good lighting and storage, this has its own "En Suite" Toilet area with Tecma Pump Out Toilet and Wash Basin

The 200ltr holding tank has been designed with pump out points on both sides of the boat , This along with the Fresh Water Tank is fitted with level gauges for easy checking

Next we come to the generously proportioned galley area, this has a 4 Burner hob, Oven and Grill

along with a 12 volt Refrigerator,12 Volt Freezer and a 240 v Candy Washing Machine ( Ideal for those long extended cruises)

The Galley has lots of well thought out storage for pots ,pans ,food and crockery etc

The Saloon has a fixed sofa which also doubles up as a very practical dinette and additional sleeping area. To Starboard there are bookshelves and at the Forward bulkhead a Morso Squirell Solid Fuel Stove

The boat is currently carpeted in Flotex BUT underneath is a Solid Oak Floor

Out through the double front glazed doors is a seating area in the well deck with 630 Ltr Water Tank under .. 2 x 13kgs Gas Bottles in a forward locker.

There is a music system fuitted in the Saloon , and the craft  has CO2 & Gas detectors

"SERAPH" Comes complete with everything you would expect from a quality builder and is an ideal Family boat or for friends to share, and I would certainly a viewing to appreciate the quality of the build
