Stephens Flush Deck Flybridge M.Y. - Immaculate condition

REDUCED $40K JAN 2015:  Elegant classic Stephens with great systems and in excellent condition. Great family yacht.  Hauled and surveyed fall 2013.

Of the three Stevens 61 models currently on the market, this one stands heads and shoulders above the other two.

Twin Detroit 8V-71N with low hours since major overhaul in 2003, Generator, Washer/Dryer, Full width aft cabin with queen size walk around bed, and gorgeous aft deck.

Enter through port or starboard wing doors onto enclosed aft deck w/U-shape seating for 10 in comfort.  A large table, inlaid with compass rose, lighted under, with power lift for choice of cocktail or dining height. Forward on the aft deck is a mini-galley featuring a Jenn-air grill/cook-top, warming drawer, and trash compactor. Under the ladder to fly-bridge is a stainless steel lined ice box.  The aft deck has teak flooring and a transom door with steps to the teak swim platform. The enclosed aft deck has a hard top w/sliding glass windows port and starboard and new roll-up isinglass and canvas aft.  New overhead lighting.  There are electric windlasses port and starboard to handle spring lines.

Up the ladder from the aft deck is the flying bridge. There are two captain chairs and an inflatable dinghy with davit.

Forward thru the center line door is the pilot house. There are 2 Captain chairs and bench seating with map drawers under on port. On starboard there is a wet bar w/sink, an under counter fridge, U-Line ice maker, soda mixer, 2-large storage drawers, and a cabinet for bar supplies. The teak flooring is continued from the aft deck.

Fwd & down 3 steps from the pilothouse to the grand salon.  Grey leather sofa on port w/matching easy chair & 2 upholstered stools. There is a beautiful teak cocktail table by the sofa and a built-in entertainment center forward to starboard.  Two types of mood lighting are under the valance.

Forward of Salon 3 steps down to the  galley on port. Under steps is the engine room access.  Opposite the galley is a 4- person fore & aft facing dinette . The galley has white Corian counter tops, mahogany table and Teak & Holly flooring in galley and pantry area.  Forward of galley is a household size refrigerator and as much storage cupboards & drawers as an average condo.  Including a full length cedar lined closet 3' wide x 5' high. There is a sky light in overhead of the pantry. forward of the galley is a work shop area & access to the anchor chain locker

The staterooms are down and aft from the grand salon with access to the aft of the engine room under the steps. The owners stateroom is aft with a queen size walk-around bed, starboard upholstered seat, 8 bureau drawers & 3' wide cedar lined closet. On port there are 16 storage drawers,a full length beveled mirror, and a plasma TV. There is an en-suite head w/electric toilet, stall shower w/glass door, sink vanity, opening port light, simulated marble top counter w/sink.  Teak & Holly flooring.  Full Beam Transom windows provide a light and airy feel.  All port-lights in the master master stateroom have hidden black-out shades under valance.

There is a large guest stateroom midships on port that can be divided into two separate staterooms with a sliding accordion door.  The aft section has a couch that can be converted into two over/under single bunks.  The forward section has two side by side beds.  Each room has it's own entry door to hallway, wall to wall carpet, and hanging lockers.  Across the hall on starboard is a shared Head w/stall shower.  The main hallway has two large storage compartments for linens and towels.

The entire interior is finished in finely varnished mahogany joinery.  Recent upgraded lighting and mood lighting have been added. There is ample storage in drawers, lockers and cedar lined closets throughout.
