Catalina C - 36

This is a VERY Clean Fresh Water 36. The Current owners are just the Second owners. The renowned Catalina 36 has established itself as a modern classic that is still in production. This particular 36 has the deep fin (5'10") that makes it a very good performer and the expansive aft berth & settee layout makes it one of the most excpetional spacious offerings in this price range. The Catalina 36 remains one of the most sought-after designs for coastal cruising. The Catalina 36 is known for the spacious accommodations and cruiser comfort below as well as ample space for six or seven in the large cockpit. Varnished teak interior with varnished teak and holly sole, four hatches, two opening ports and six fixed ports provide plenty of natural light. Starting forward is the V-berth cabin with large bed and filler. Below is generous storage in drawers and drop-face lockers, plus under V-berth is divided compartment for sails, etc.. Next aft is the enclosed head with manual water closet, vanity and sink with hot/cold pressurized water with separate shower space. Opposite the head is a four-drawer bureau with a locker with shelves. Continuing aft is the main salon with large U-shaped dinette to port and small dinette with fore and aft facing seats to starboard. The U-shaped dinette converts to a double berth and the starboard dinette converts to a single berth. Aft of the starboard settees is the forward-facing nav station with flip-top chart table. The electrical distribution panel is located there. Further aft is the aft cabin with large double bunk and hanging lockers as well as bin storage. Opposite the nav station is the U-shaped galley.
