Dickerson 50 Ketch - DICKERSON 50 KETCH

The "Volantis" is a great offshore sailing yacht. Dickerson only built two of these fine yachts. Featured by Ferenc Mate in "The World's Best Sailboats".  She is a two-owner, impeccably maintained yacht with a displacement ratio of 260 which is ideal for offshore sailing.  She is also intercoastal capable with a spar height under 65 feet. "Volantis" has always called "Chesapeake Bay" home, but has sailed extensively from Canada to South America.

Volantis has a 3 stateroom/2 head layout and all 3 staterooms are comparable in size and amenities.  Two staterooms located in the stern, both with full berths, hanging lockers and opening hatches.  The forward stateroom has a full berth, private head with seperate shower and ample storage. The aft head has a shower/toilet combination and was completely rebuilt in 2014.  She has extensive locker space throughout for storage so she is ready to go on a long cruise.
