RECENT PRICE REDUCTION.  The CAL 44 has excellent sailing qualities and cruises under power at 7+ knots.  The raised salon, including the Galley and Nav Station, has 6 large windows resulting in an open and airy environment. There are two large, private staterooms with double berths; each has a head and a separate stall shower. The cockpit is over 11 feet long, with options of just the dodger, Bimini, dodger & Bimini, or full enclosure. A boarding platform and ladder is recessed in the stern. There are numerous, large storage compartments throughout the boat, plus a dedicated life raft compartment in the cockpit.  A Great Live-aboard Vessel.
