An absolutely beautiful gaff rigged wooden sailing boat, in first class condition with new sails and a new wooden mast. Ideal as a day boat she has also successfully raced in the past in Old Gaffers regattas. Golden Plover is thought to have been built sometime around 1899 to 1904 and is reputed to be have been built by McAlisters of Dumbarton to a GL Watson design.

A beautifully refurbished wooden sail boat that is thought to have been built sometime in the period 1899 to 1904, making her over 110 years old ! She has a small cabin or cuddy that is used for storage. Sizeable cockpit with sliding hatch into cabin. Outboard bracket with a 4HP Yamaha outboard.
