Irwin Citation 31

Sanity is a great, seaworthy cursing boat designed by Ted Irwin.  The modified fin keel makes this a fast boat; indeed she won the Saginaw Bay Yachting Club trophy several times.  This 1983 is the premium Citation series.  She has spent the majority of her life in fresh water (Lake Michigan and Huron) and has been on the hard for three years.  The bottom has been recently redone and is blister free and the deck is foam cored.  THIS IS A GREAT BOAT.  FUN TO SAIL.
