Aphrodite 36

The Aphrodite 36 is an excellent alternative to the Najad 360 and Hallberg Rassy 352 or 36, offering great accommodation, superb build quality and excellent all round performance. Below decks, the spacious interior has plenty of storage, whilst the cockpit is surprisingly secure and sheltered for a centre cockpit yacht of their size. Nina Lucia is a well cared for example of her kind, originally constructed to Lloyds specification for the 1988 London Boat Show, first launched in 1989 and UK Pt1. registered.

Berthed in an excellent and easily accessible Mediterranean marina, it may be possible for her next owner to continue to keep her in this desirable location as her current owner has returned to the UK and will be sailing locally in a smaller yacht.

The high quality hand finished mahogany interior is in excellent condition and offers 6/7 berths in three cabins with good standing headroom (max 6'4").

FORWARD CABIN: Twin vee berths with an infill to create a double berth, shelves and beneath berth stowage with a hatch to foredeck and two portlights. Aft is a door leading to the saloon with hanging lockers and storage areas to either side.

SALOON: Laid out with a U-shaped settee to port and straight settee opposite, offering decent berths either side of a central table with folding leaves and bottle storage. Stowage is provided by numerous eye level lockers and shelves whilst further space can be utilised behind and beneath the seats.

GALLEY: Located aft to port is an ergonomically designed L-shaped galley offering good stowage with useful features such as a pull out cutting board. Equipment consists of a Mobilife stainless steel gimballed 2-burner gas cooker with grill and oven, double sink with hot and cold water supply and fridge with small freezer section. Nina Lucia has an extended galley design providing significantly larger work surfaces and additional storage along the aft cabin passageway. Cutlery, crockery and other useful implements to remain.

HEADS: Separate compartment aft to starboard with a marine toilet (to 65 litre holding tank), wash basin with combined shower head tap and excellent stowage.

AFT CABIN: The owners aft cabin features a small offset double berth to starboard with seating or a small settee berth to port, there is also an infill to combine these and create a very generous full cabin width berth. Stowage is provided by a hanging locker forward, shelves, lockers and beneath berth stowage with a hatch to the aft deck and portlights providing light and ventilation.

GENERAL EQUIPMENT: A pressurised water system provides hot and cold water throughout via a calorifier with immersion coil. Eberspacher D3LC diesel fired warm air heating system. Pale blue velour upholstery with complimenting curtains and teak and holly soleboards throughout.
