K. Christensen & Co. Colin Archer 39.2

This Classic Sailing Boat went through a major restoration in The Netherlands by her present owners and was relaunched in 2000.

Named Eos, she started out at a fishing vessel, then a pleasure cruising boat up until 1989, which is a true testament to her fantastic design. Eos then underwent a massive overhaul and redesign below deck making her much more comfortable and suitable for longer pleasure voyages. During this time the hull was assessed and there was replacement of several planks and part of the frames. In addition at that time the cabin tops, deck, rudder, mast, spars, rigging, sails, ballast, keelson and steel shoe under the keel were all replaced or refurbished, making Eos practically new!

Since 2000 Eos the 1932 Colin Archer 39 foot sailboat was put through more work on the hull replacing any damaged planks. Over the last 14 years she has been used for extensive cruising and permanent living on board. The separate aft cabin makes her also suitable for chartering.
