Nautor Swan 40

Comprehensively refitted example of this S&S Swan 40. Almost everything has been changed, upgraded or overhauled over the last 5 years, with the result being a totally usable and 'sailaway' example of this hugely desirable yet extremely practical classic.

RCD Status: It is our understanding that the yacht is exempt from the essential safety requirements of Directive 94/25EC (Recreational Craft Directive) and is categorised A – “Ocean” as she was first placed into use with EU waters prior to 16^th June 1998.

Hull, Deck & Superstructure Construction:

• White GRP hull, deck and superstructure
• Osmosis treatment by Hayling Yacht Company using a Hot-Vac system and re-sheathing / fairing - 2007/08
• Hull stripped and repainted in Awlgrip Oyster white (2007/08)
• Coach-roof and decks repainted Awlgrip Oyster white and perfection non slip (2007/08)
• Decks non slip repainted (2013)

Keel & Rudder:

• Lead fin keel
• Skeg hung rudder
