This Owner version Lavezzi 40 is in excellent condition and has charter income booked through to July 2012. She is an Owner version with the spacious owner cabin aft and a separate bathroom forward on the starboard side. She boasts an open and airy galley and saloon area with room enough for eight people. The galley has plenty of storage cupboard space and the saloon encompasses a user friendly instrument panel.
The port side has two generously proportioned double cabins and a spacious head amidships. Outside there is plentiful cockpit space for up to 8 people and a comfortable helm station to starboard.
The engines are in separate compartments aft and as well as reducing noise levels are easily accessed for maintenance.
The dinghy is stored on davits at the rear of the boat. There is a hot/cold deck shower at the transom.
