"Viva of Conover Cove" is a classic semi-displacement cabin cruiser for Northern waters. Hull built of Port Orford Cedar on oak, bottom double planked cedar over cedar, pilot house of Honduras Mahagony. Recently completely rebuilt by a renowned wooden boat specialised boatyard in Hamburg, Germany. She has an illustrious past with American celebrities from the fourties and fifties - having been a hotel ferry of Marilyn Monroe's "discoverer" David Conover. (See "Once upon an Island", David Conover) The boat was located in Vancouver Island waters until 2005, then imported to Germany and restored. Always well kept by wooden boat specialists.
