M/V Patrician is an Classic and Elegant Motor Yacht, once owned by a U.S. Vice President,  that has been lovingly refurbished and refitted by her meticulous British owner since he took possession 15 years ago. Owner needs to sell due to medical issues as back problems keep him from enjoying this fine yacht.

She has stabilizers and is set up for luxurious cruising with twin Detroit Diesel 435 hp derated engines that provide economical cruise speed at 10 knots and top speed of 18 knots. She holds 700 gallon of fuel and 300 of water.

She has a very large aft stateroom with a walk-around king-size bed, 42 inch LED TV with theater sound, digital cable receiver and KVH satellite TV system as well as an en suite bath with wash basin, Raritan Atlantes WC and a 5x3 shower.

Forward cabin has a double bed and two singles and an en suite bath with washbasin, Raritan Atlantes WC and shower.

The lower salon has a pullout double bed, and an antique octagonal box antique table lamp.  Two swivel bucket chairs and a cabinet with TV.

Open to the Salon and down four steps to the dinette, which seats 6, is the Galley which has brand new granite countertops fitted with full-size oven and four burner range, full-size refrigerator, washer/dryer, and double sink.

The large aft deck area has elegant seating that seems like outdoors, while it is protecting your guests. And there is a cabinet with flat screen TV inside and a wet bar with a new ice maker. 

The lower helm station has engine controls with full instruments and an opening windshield. The flybridge has seating for six plus the helm seat.

Main Salon has Lexan wing doors to wide side decks with varnished covering boards and handrails.  Three large sunbathing mattresses are the on house top forward as well as a separate Pompanette seat/storage box.  At bow is an Ideal windlass with S/S chain and rode, and two aluminum deck-stored anchors.
