ACCOMMODATIONS:

The Irwin 37 Center Cockpit sloop rig, skeg rudder, deck stepped mast, a Perkins 40 hp diesel engine, keel full.  Her accommodations includes two separate staterooms with private heads, owner’s aft.  Galley is one step down from main salon with refrigeration, stove with oven and numerous space for storage.  The main salon area has bench seating with a fold down bulkhead stored dining table.  The passageway into the aft stateroom has 12v refrigerator under the navigation station.  There are several opening ports and hatches throughout and lots of storage lockers.  Her mast height above the waterline is 46’
