De Fever Poc Pilothouse

LEI SEA is a veteran cruiser originally owned by her namesake Arthur DeFever.  She is powered with Twin Caterpillar 3208's, two Generators, Inverter, Water-Maker, SAT-TV, Naiad Stabilized and has been continuously upgraded by her knowledgeable owner who has been cruising her for the last 27 months in the Pacific Northwest. LLC owned.    

The vessel is a Flush-Deck Motor Yacht with three comfortable and well-appointed staterooms, each with their own separate head and shower. The stand-up engine-room is accessed off the salon via spiral staircase and there is more than ample room for an owner/operator owner to insure that all systems are good-to-go.

The main deck is open and airy with an abundance of natural light; walk-around side-decks allowing easy access for line handling and docking. The dedicated pilothouse provides a commanding view for the Captain and his guest.  There is a large raised settee aft so the Captain may have family and or guests join him for the cruise.  Direct access via the port and starboard sliding doors allows the Captain easy access to the side-decks when needed.

The galley is aft of the pilothouse bulkhead and is a standard U-shape style. There is more than enough counter space and storage space for preparing meals at the dock or underway. The salon is open and inviting with a large overstuffed L-shape sofa with built-in recliner for relaxing after an enjoyable cruise to your favorite anchorage.
