Tornado 31

The Tornado 31 is a Frank Butler design and has good performance with a well balanced helm and a traditional layout below offering up to six berths.  With only two owners from new, this boat has been well maintained and carefully used over the years and is a much loved family favourite. 'First Venture' is well presented and in good condition for a yacht of this age, a recent survey has uncovered some issues which may need addressing and as such her owner is prepared to accept offers.

The accommodation offers up to six berths in two cabins with full 6' 2" standing headroom.  V berth forward with infill and opening hatch to deck.  Full width heads compartment with Jabsco marine toilet, sliding washbasin and hanging locker opposite.  Saloon with settee berth to port with dinette opposite, the table lowering to convert to a double berth.  Quarter berth to port aft . Galley to starboard with Plastimo Neptune gimballed two burner gas hob with grill, sink with manually pumped water supply and coolbox.  120 litre and 55 litre water tanks. Carpets and curtains in saloon. Blue cloth upholstery in saloon and brown vinyl cushions in forecabin.
