General Description
This is a beautiful example of a 70' Hatteras Motor Yacht with a custom cockpit extension, eurostairs and swim platform, making her 76' in length. With the addition of the the extension, you are able to enjoy a large aft deck, a cockpit for fishing and diving, and a large lazarette for storing.

Actual Condition
It is reported that the yacht had an engine room fire. The water use by Fire Department to put out the fire caused the boat to sink. Engines were heavily damaged. Engine room fiberglass repairs were done professionally and are about 85% done...needs some hull paint work. After the fire owner was going to refit the yacht and had interior and engines removed. He has now decided to buy a new yacht and sell this one 'as is, where is'. A wonderful project yacht to make it your own interior design.
