Marguerite is a classic staysail ketch, designed by John Alden. She’s a very comfortable, roomy cruiser with center cockpit and LOTS of storage and tankage for extended cruising.  Her staysail ketch sailplan provides flexibility for comfortable coastal or offshore cruising.  She’s singled out in any anchorage for her beautiful lines and seaworthy appearance.

She has had 3 owners. The original owner sailed her to Europe earning the New York Yacht Club Cruising Award in 1988. Her second owners sailed extensively from the Caribbean to Maine. Her third (current) owners have taken her to the Florida Keys, the Bahamas and New England and lived aboard for months at a time.
