Actual Condition
The boat has a crack and some abrasions. The front chock plate is missing and the toe rail is The front chock plate is missing and the toe rail is bent.There are some radial cracks in the rudder and signs of water intrusion in the port aft galley, forward bulkhead bases, closet doors and head panels. The cabin floor needs refinishing. Aluminum rails damaged on the starboard side. There is also some mold in the cabin. The hull appears to be in serviceable condition.

Please inspect carefully for further damage.

This will make a great project boat.

Accommodations
The sailboat has a main salon with a port settee, starboard dinette and forward berth. The galley and navigation station is port side aft in the main salon, also aft on the starboard side is the head and shower. There is one aft cabin below the cockpit. Number of single berths: 4, by using salon area: 6.
