Irwin 46 Center Cockpit - REDUCED!! GREAT LIVE ABOARD CRUISER

The 1981 Irwin 46' shoal draft and ICW friendly "SURPRISE" has many recent upgrades including air/heat, furlers, bow thruster and electronics. A great liveaboard or southern cruiser. "SURPRISE" TRULY LOOKS LIKE A WELL MAINTAINED BOAT. Her recent battery banks, holding tank, hatches and ports are all first class installations. She will not break the bank. V-berth forward with head to port. Port side has five drawers and a counter with locker above. Forward head for this cabin.

Main salon features a new teak & holly sole. L-shaped settee to port with table that has two drop leaves. Starboard side has counter with a bar and leather folding chair. Interior finished with gloss varnished teak. New tan upholstered cushions also in the salon.

Galley is step down to starboard. Aisleway to aft cabin is to port. Aisleway has two large over/under berths. Master stateroom has queen size bunk athwartship with ensuite head and seperate stall shower.
