President 585 - New arrival

This President has some recent updates, she is waiting for a new owner to go out and explore in- and outside waterways. She is ideal to live on, because of her spaciousness and accommodations like generator, heating, washingmachine and so on.

General
GRP motoryacht President 585 "Sea Spirit", built in 1994 by President Marine Ltd Taiwan. dim 18,10 (lwl. 17,22) x 4,82 x 1,26 mtr., displacement: approx. 23 tonnes,  GRP hull, deck and superstructure, thermopane windows in SS frames, headway: approx. 5,65 mtr. (top antenna), large aft deck with laid with teak, large bathing platform laid with teak, flybridge setteee and steering position, s.s. fueltanks (2012) 2x 1100 ltrs., fresh watertanks: 1100 ltrs. sumptank (new hoses 2012), hydraulic steering in- and outside.

Accomodation
Classic Maple wood interior, 3 cabins and saloon, (6+ 1 berth) In forward ship there are two identical bunkbeds (195 x 80 cm) cabins with one bathroom with electrical toilet and separate shower, the aft cabin (headroom 1,85) has a central double bed and many cabinets, ensuite bathroom with electrical toilet and separate shower. Saloon (headroom 204 cm) with large settee and cabinets and one higher level a small settee, carpet (2012), sliding door to aft deck, in the saloon is also the inside steering with door to side deck. Reversible electrical heating system (heating and cooling), Indesit washingmachine.
Galley: electric waterpressure system, hot water boiler (220/diesel), 4-burner ceramic cooktop, extractor, Miele oven, double sink, Siemens fridge + freezer (175 + 3,5 ltr), Coolmatic fridge (in saloon), Miele dishwasher.
