Sabre 452

MORE PHOTOS TO FOLLOW.  This one owner Sabre 452, has been maintained thoroughly and meticulously  (for example, the rig and Leisure Furl boom have been wrapped and stored indoors in the off season), and significant upgrades have been routinely added (Electric primaries were added this past July).  Among the upgrades are her painted hull, Leisure Furl boom, electric halyard winch and electric primaries, updated electronics and more.  The boat is currently stored on land under a custom built cover that allows for plenty of standing room.  The cover is scheduled to be removed in March, weather permitting.  The boat is seriously offered for sale, and all offers welcomed.

The color of the varnished cherry furniture and bulkheads has deepened over the years resulting in a rich cherry interior which contrasts beautifully with the lighter ash hull ceilings, white overhead lining and the teak and holly sole.  The gloss finish on all trim gleams.

All stainless steel opening ports have Accord Shades and screens, and the Ocean Air overhead hatches have integral screens and blackout blinds.

The master stateroom is forward and has a V berth with an insert that will convert the berth to a  full width queen.  Aft to port is an ensuite head with a stall shower.  The heads, here and aft, have Oceanic Blue Corian countertops and Midnight tile on the shower soles.  The stateroom has abundant storage in cedar lined hanging lockers, drawers, cabinets, and a Sabre custom-built book shelf.  The master stateroom and stall shower each have overhead hatches and opening ports.

Aft of the master head is the main salon.  To port, a large cherry dining table is surrounded by an ample U-shaped settee, and opposite to starboard is a straight settee, both covered in Nile Blue Ultraleather, and both will convert to berths. There is a TV in the aft starboard cabinet outboard of the settee.

Aft of the port settee is the roomy U-shaped fully equipped galley.  Opposite to starboard and aft of the straight settee is the forward facing nav station.  Following the nav station, at the foot of the companionway stairs, is the day/guest  head with a shower.

The aft stateroom is next, and has a privacy door into the day/guest head.  In addition to opening ports and a smaller hatch, there is a large overhead hatch that opens under the starboard cockpit seat providing substantial light and ventilation.  There is a double berth, settee, cedar lined hanging locker and abundant storage.
