Nordest - Priced to sell!

This catamaran has been easily sailed by a couple since they completed an extensive refit in 2007. Built in Canada in 1996 by Nordest Marine in cedar strip using the West System the catamaran is strong with a moderate displacement.

A total of five cabins and nine berths with the large saloon also lends this yacht to charter operations.

The large bridge deck is an excellent living area, fitted out with Teak and Elm wood,with the galley aft separated by a large bar. The central dining table can seat up to eight people comfortably. There are two guest cabins at the foward end of the saloon, excellent for passage making. A powerful music system has speakers in the saloon and also the aft deck which also offers great seating and full cover.

The port hull has a double cabin, bathroom and a single berth cabin aft. There is also a desk and writing area plus a washing machine. The forward bulkhead separates a sail locker accessible by a deck hatch.

The starboard hull has a double cabin, bathroom with separate head aft and a large desk/office area. The forward bulkhead separates a large workshop and the next watertight section houses another sail locker, both reached from deck hatches.
