The Beneteau Oceanis 40 Center Cockpit is an outstanding sailing vessel with great accommodations below deck and has been thoroughly tested in all waters around the world and is widely recognized for its safety, comfort and performance. She has been in fresh water since 2008 and shows well. 

Entering the main salon, to starboard is the salon table with the raised settees, that ensure a pleasant "sea view" from inside the boat. Opposite to port, is the navigation station, chart table with storage, bookshelves, electrical control panel and on-board electronics.  In the forward cabin, there is a large double berth, hanging locker, abundant storage spaces and an en-suite head compartment. The passageway to port runs alongside the engine compartment.  The galley well equipped kitchens with a freezer, refrigerator, double stainless steel sink, hot and cold pressurized water, 2 burner gimbaled stove and many cupboards and drawers. The aft master stateroom has all the advantages of the center cockpit design in terms of comfort and space, a large centerline double berth is accessible from both sides, and features a vanity/desk with mirror and lockers, large hanging lockers and your own head compartment with separate shower.
