The cockpit Bluewater is a bit of a rare bird. We prefer it over the more common 2 or 3 stateroom that uses all 51 feet for interior volume. The spacious cockpit allows for easier boarding from the stern, features a hardtop over the aft entry and, when enclosed, is a wonderful sun room.

She is believed to have some potential survey issues, but her seller has, more than made up for the cost of repairs by reducing the price so low.

OVERVIEW: Sleeps 4 in 2 staterooms, settee sleeps 2 to accommodate 6 owners and guests. There are 2 owner and guest staterooms including 1 guest head and 1 guest shower.

Board via stb side sliding door to salon (alternate entry thru cockpit w/custom U-settee and wet bar thru slider to master SR) fwd and down to guest SR w/ensuite head or aft to galley/dining area, further aft to port side full head with entry from salon or master SR, aft to master and aft again to cockpit w/wet bar. Upper deck is accessed via stb/port side stairs that reveal a huge area with helm fwd, wet bar, entertaining area and dinghy storage.
