Jeanneau Jy 53

The Jeanneau 53 is a luxury yacht with one of the most spacious cockpits of any yacht in her size range.   The interior is similarly comfortable and this layout has two master staterooms.  The aft master stateroom has a king size center line berth with seating and storage on each side and completely open from port side to starboard side.  Of course, there is an en-suite full head with separate shower stall.   

She has a very complete list of factory and additional options that make her ready to sail anywhere inclusive of GENSET, Air Con/Heat, Electric winches, bow thruster, less than 200 hours on the larger and upgraded Yanmar engine, electric heads and many other features.  A one owner boat, never chartered and only lightly sailed in the Annapolis area.

The exterior cockpit is more spacious than other similar sized yachts for comfort underway or at the docks.  Entertaining or sailing this feature is significant to guests and crew alike.

At the foot of the companionway is a large galley to port with front and top loading fridge and top loading separate freezer.  The spacious counter tops provide excellent preparation space with plenty of cupboards, drawers and opening closets for storage.

Aft of the galley is a full width master stateroom with king size, center line berth with seating on each side and more storage.  The en-suite full head is complete with separate shower stall to port and a nice vanity area to port.  Large hanging lockers are well situated.

A forward facing proper and well appointed navigation station is at the base of companionway and opposite galley.  Aft of the navigation station is a hanging locker that was designed for a washer dryer if you wish to add.

In the main salon there is a beautiful deluxe dinnette table with seating for eight while opposite to port is a settee with folding down arm rest or cockpit table.

Forward of the main salon is another master stateroom again with a center line berth, seating, en suite full head, separate shower stall, hanging lockers and additional storage areas.
