It was an overall refit . Some details:

Stripped to barewood ,the planking was found sound and original: fantastic !

Wooden rudderstock rebuilt  

All the caulking , also the teak deck . All the original bronze fittings have been restored.

Engine completely serviced to 0 hours .

New sails by Zadro sailmaker  

The inside accomodations and fornitures are original and completely restored . Great care to choose tapestry and colours .

Comments :

Sarah Robertson,a great seawoman, grand doughter of the naval architecht designer and builder  of Grace, owner of the 8MR Corrie in January 2008 declared in a letter:”Grace looks absolutely beautiful…”.

Grace is registered in the  British Registry as “Gentleman pleasure yacht”, and the owner has the list former owners and her history . Grace is a lovely little boat , but incredibily seaworthy and easy to handle even in rough weather .
