Custom built offshore three cabin steel sloop built by Kanter Yachts (Canadian Registered # 803285) for origional/current owner. Boat is located at the Trinidad and Tobago Yacht Club (TTYC) and ready to go. Boat was hauled two years ago and had the bottom ground to bare metal and repainted with two part epoxy, and hull awlgripped. The interior has had cold tar applied to the hull and two inches of insulation foam throughout. The deck and cockpit have teak while the interior cabins are finished in cherry wood. The galley includes: refrigeration w/freezer, hot/cold pressure water, microwave, 3-burner stove w/cooking oven/broiler, and plenty of storage available. The boat is equipped with an radar arch with davits. There is an 13' Avon hard bottom dingy w/15HP Yamaha O/B. She is fully equipped for blue-water cruising and has a dodger & bimini along with all necessary safety equipment. FEDERAL REGISTRATION # 803285
