This example of the  Macwester 27 is a late example and comes with bilge keels.

The Macwester 27 is a solid cruiser with a nice interior and is capable of taking the ground or cruising in those shallow harbours and creeks, fin keelers dare not go. 

GRP Hull, deck and superstructure
In 2002 the hull underwater surfaces were grit blated to remove years of Antifouling build up. The hull was then epoxy coated.
