Custom designed and built in New Zealand from marine grade alloy, Nimbus II is a world class live aboard or global cruiser that brings together comfort, space, performance and ease of handling in the one superb package.
As you step aboard you immediately notice the gleaming high quality finish to the exterior and then move aft under the custom made foam sandwich hard top which provides full shade and foul weather cover to the helm, and spacious cockpit, great for entertaining. At the helm are fully integrated B & G Instruments plus all controls are at your finger tips for making short handed sailing a breeze with electric winches and manual secondaries allowing easy operation of the furling headsail and staysail and in boom rolling main plus hydraulic anchor winch.
Upon entering the Bridge Deck you are greeted by a spacious saloon to port upholstered in luxurious leather and all weather helm station to starboard all bathed in light from the extra large windows fitted with heat reflecting blinds. The helm station also includes a large flat screen linked to the on-board PC incorporating Cmap Nav / Plotter and repeater for the instruments, AIS and connected to an Ericsson Marine modem with external aerial so you can stay in touch wherever you are.
Forward you will find a large galley occupying full width and complete with 4 burner gas oven and grill, microwave, double sink in Corian bench tops, hot and cold water and huge refrigeration and freezer. Moving further forward is a completely separated double berth with two single bunks serviced by an en-suite shower and head set in the bow.
