Few designs have stood the test of time as well as those of Phil Rhodes. And this Rhodes 41' is no exception. Built by Pearson, hull number 20 of a total of 50 manufactured, her slender beam and long overhangs combine with the sweeping sheerline to turn heads in every harbor. Much work has been done to this fine boat during the current owners' stewardship from 2010 to present.

The bottom has been sandblasted, barrier coated and covered with two coats of ablative paint.  There are no blisters on her.  All the hardware has been rechromed including a complete restoration of the steering pedestal along with the vintage Kelvin White compass.  

The decks have been completely redone and new gelcoat applied to all surfaces. 

A new aluminum mast step has been manufactured and installed.  The aluminum mast is original and the boom is made of wood with an adjustable outhaul bronze end cap. The mast has been completely rewired.  New spreader lights, new VHF with antenna, new wind indicator for speed and direction, plus a new Garmin GPS 541S Chartplotter.

The Ulmer 150 Genoa is on a Harken roller furler and is very good shape, the Ulmer main sail is serviceable.  The Sunbrella flag blue canvas covers for both the main boom and helm are new.

Mostly all new bulkheads have been installed below deck as well as a new holding tank.  The entire interior has been completely refinished.

This sloop rigged classic has the accommodations found on most yachts of her vintage. The V-berth has an insert, the head compartment is fully enclosed and the saloon has port & starboard settee/extension berths with a centerline mounted, dropleaf dining table.
