Another dramatic price reduction shows the owner's motivation. At $625,000 this is a true bargain opportunity. For those buyers who want a beautifully executed, finely finished, superbly equipped, pedigreed "can do" vessel in excellent condition, and must also get a "great deal," don't miss the boat on this one!

Built at the renown shipyard of A.F. Theriault & Sons in Nova Scotia and designed by the acclaimed naval architect Bob Johnston, Aliyah III was built to be an all-weather rugged small ship for comfortable couple cruising. Outfitted and equipped by an open checkbook owner, Aliyah III offers yacht amenities combined with excellent pedigrees for blue water passagemaking. She has low hours on her fuel sipping Caterpillar engines, outstanding joinery, has primarily cruised summers in Canadian waters, and is in excellent condition. New hull paint at prestigious Ft. Lauderdale yard 2014.

You've heard the expression "You want to buy a boat from an owner like this" but this sets new standards in an owner's insistance on perfection and following through to an "as new" vessel through meticulous maintenance. Pictures nor words can describe what an outstanding opportunity Aliyah III presents.

This small ship is in "better than new" condition and offers quality of build and finish work not yet seen in this class of steel trawler. The meticulousness of the owners is evident from the design input to the finely finished all grain matched cabinetry.

Entry is from the curved stairs from the swim platform to the aft deck, or from the side boarding gates to the watertight salon or pilothouse doors, or from the upper level passerelle on flybridge. Entry to the salon through the aft door leads to the aft galley and opens to the large and bright salon. Up a few steps on the port side to the pilothouse which has interior stairs to the flybridge or down a few steps on the starboard side lead to the sleeping accomodations and engine room. At the bottom of the stairs is a foyer with laundry pantry centerline; forward and to starboard is a guest cabin with a single bed, single pullman, and a desk area. The port guest cabin has a double bed. The guest head servicing the two cabins is on the port side of the foyer. Aft is the huge master stateroom with centerline kingsize bed. The ensuite head is on the starboard side with aft entry into the engine room and lazarette. The standup engine room height is 6' with all cabins having a minimum of 6'6" headroom.
