Bruce Roberts 38 Spray Cutter

This boat rolled out of the Kanter Yacht building yard (St Thomas, Ontario) in 1990 as a finished bare hull. Outfitting was then completed the following year by the owner. Since that time she was sailed on Lake Ontario only and has therefore never been in salt water. The hull under the water line has been professionally sandblasted in 2010 and was found to be in top condition. The hull was then professionally recoated with three layers of two part epoxy and antifouling. 

ONEIRA is a beamy craft quite stable and predictable in strong weather. In strong winds she is capable of sailing up to 8 kts.. While being a better downwinder, she can sail at 45 degrees into the wind. She would make a reliable passage-making vessel.
