The 47' Lien Hwa 1995 features a spacious layout with two comfortable staterooms, each with an ensuite head, and a convertible dinette that can sleep 2, so she is perfect for family cruising and fun.  She would also be great as a liveaboard.  She has a a gourmet galley with the dinette opposite, and a spacious salon.  The upper and lower helms have complete marine electronics.

The flybridge and sundeck have full enclosures.   The cockpit is optimized for fishing, diving or swimming. 

She is powered by 275 hp Ford Sabre diesels with 900 hours, plus generator and inverter.  The knowledgeable owner has kept the engines well-maintained and fully serviced.

Start walk-through forward with the guest stateroom. The gourmet galley and dinette are down, just aft of head and guest stateroom.  The dinette is directly across from the galley and features a drop-down table for sleeping, if needed.

The large salon is up 3 steps from the galley and dinette. The engine room door is accessed by lifting these steps.  The lower helm is to starboard.  The side starboard boarding door allows for easy docking.  Aft and center are the stairs to aft master stateroom.

Up on the deck, the comfortable aft cockpit is great for fishing, diving, or getting on and off the yacht.  There is easy access from the swim step through the transom door.

The large covered aft deck is perfect for entertaining and having fun.  It is also a comfortable place to relax.  There is easy access to both the fly-bridge and aft cockpit

The fly-bridge provides great visibility and a sense of command while docking and underway.
