Double berth offset with headboard to starboard, 3 port lights two of which are opening, above are windows set into the cabin tops. 3/4 height wardrobe with top as a stowage shelf. Cupboard and large stowage locker beneath the berth

EN-SUITE FORWARD TOILET ROOM

Set to the port side with door directly into the fore cabin provided with ample natural light by windows and fitted with an opening port-light. Fitted with a electric toilet, Ceramic sink and stowage cupboard, Halogen overhead lighting fully lined bulkheads

GALLEY

Located to the port side and of a small L shape design, fitted with gas hob, fridge and sink. Ample cupboards and drawers both above and below the worktops

DINETTE

Opposite the galley to starboard with a good sized table which six can sit around with comfort. This converts to an additional double berth if required. Opening port-lights with fly-screens are set into the hull side. Stowage beneath both seating areas.

SALOON

Accessed by three steps up from the dinette and featuring a large L shape to starboard which could also be a further single berth. Excellent visibility to the exterior due to the large cabin side and forward facing windows, the central forward facing window being opening. To port a large sideboard is fitted with four cupboards and a TV Cupboard aft of these. Moveable coffee table. Access to the Engine room via a hinged central located hatch. Two steps lead aft to the aft corridor and six open tread steps go up to the rear deck.

AFT PORT SIDE GUEST CABIN

Accessed from the aft corridor and fitted with two single bunks, both fitted with bedside lamps and two opening port lights above the upper bunk. Stowage beneath the lower bunk

AFT TOILET / SHOWER ROOM

A large and spacious room, fitted with a domestic sized shower cubical, complete with aluminium shower partition. Adjacent an electric flush toilet and vanity unit fitted with basin, stowage and mirror.

AFT CABIN

Berth located offset to rear port corner with access to one side. To starboard a vanity unit fitted with cupboard and mirror. Either side of this a 3/4 height wardrobe is located. Good natural light from the all-around windows airflow comes from three opening port-lights and a centrally located escape hatch

ENGINE ROOM

Located below the saloon floor, accessed by a hinged hatch giving all around space surrounding the engine. Tanks to port and starboard, batteries to port, calorifier to starboard aft. Fully primed and painted bilges

EXTERIOR

Aft deck with helm amidships, door to cabin to port, gas box to starboard stowage for three large gas bottles(1 currently fitted) Twin seat TODD helm couch with stowage below the seat. Canopy fitted overhead on aluminium frame, rear section opening giving access to the open rear deck which has the option of being covered by a sun bimini cover fitted on a stainless steel frame. The entire aft deck surrounded by sturdy stainless steel railings, in filled with cotton canvas dodgers for added safety and privacy. A central opening astern gives access to the solid steel bathing platform via a stainless runged ladder. The railings lead forward surrounding the entire deck area, opening sections are located amidships for access. An excellent and safe flat working or lounging forward deck fitted with fender baskets, anchor winch and a good number of mooring bollards and handrails are fitted.
