This is an extremely clean Grand Banks 36 that was owned by a very knowledgeable owner  that has maintained her to a very high standard  and that has also completed many,many upgrades to her over the last few years. Some of these include; removing and fiber glassing the original teak decks,new aluminum fuel tanks,newer LP paint,new upholstery inside and out.
