RECENT SURVEY AVAILABLE FOR SERIOUSLY INTERESTED PARTIES.

Fall 2014:  Windlass control box replaced, Alternator rebuilt and new Balmar relay added, 6 new Trojan house batteries.  Also: whisker stay swage replaced.  All of these items were done to address survey findings October 2014. 

"Garza Grande", a 1985 Baba 40 by Ta Shing Yachtbuilders, perfect teak decks, recent 57 HP Yanmar diesel engine (only 425 hours) and generator is now for sale and is ready to go cruising.

"Garza Grande"  is one of the rare shoal draft Baba 40's, her lead ballasted keel 
draws only 5'6"

• The decks are of well cared for Teak, deck bungs replaced, deck sanded and sealed 2013 with  SEMCO (Redoing the teak deck and bungs has to be done once in the lifetime of the Baba/Tashiba – its redone and beautiful)

  There are four Dorades, solar vent over forecabin and stainless steel mast enclosure. Cockpit seating is 7'6" long, has Teak cockpit grates. Companionway has louvered doors plus alternate Teak hatchboards.
