Californian 43 Cockpit

Californian's 43 Cockpit Motor Yacht is the popular 38 MY with a large cockpit added for easier use. The improved displacement ratio  generates a comfortable ride with full skeg below. The trawler lines on top of a modified V hull with hard chines  has some get up and go  (2300 RPMs = 17 MPH). Econimical trawler style fuel consumption at 8 Knots. These options make M/V Cool Change  true to her name-sake.  The preferred option was a larger salon and galley down layout with smaller quest stateroom (check).  The full width aft deck with hardtop has dinette with room to spare.
