The CS 36 (stands for Canadian Sailcraft) is one of the best production boats built.  It is a remarkable design crafted with superior engineering and stout, very expert construction.  That you see very few of these vessels on the market is testament that they generally remain  single-owner boats for many years.  It is a comfortable cruiser for both long distances and weekends around the Bay.  The CS 36 is a vessel that is very appropriately reviewed on the internet and we urge you to read these reviews. Our listed CS 36 "Magic" has been well maintained by the owner.   A survey will bear this out. When you evaluate a boat purchase, consider the integrity of the hull, the deck, the engine, and the sails.  Everything else is of marginal value if the basics are not there.  "Magic" is a vessel that is modestly priced and will give you years of sailing pleasure.
