Fine, strong, intact sailing yacht, rudder on skeg, all fresh bottom paint May 2013, hull stripped to gelcoat, all clean and smooth, Seajet epoxy system + antifouling applied EUR 8k spent, seacocks partially replaced, brand new cutlass bearing and rope cutter fitted on shaft, new 2 blade folding prop by Flexofold on order.
The exterior / interior design is unique. The boat features 2 aft cabins, each with head/sink/shower ensuite, spacious saloon, two forward cabins with pipe berths served by a 3rd forward bathroom. All cabin lights changed to LED.
Cockpit is some of the largest seen and well protected, also from the sun by large, fine bimini, completed with a long transom with seat / large locker under and bathing platform with hot/cold shower and inox bathing ladder.
The cabin top is doubled, allowing air to circulate and repel the heat. Selden mast / boom / vang, mast and rig completely overhauled 2011, complete new standing rigging Navtec, new genoa 2011, new main now, 2013 + the existing one repaired, partially replaced running rigging May 2011, all new mast lights, all new batteries 2012, the hot water boiler with hoses completely overhauled, brand new steering compass by Silva, new 25kgs Delta anchor, brand new toilet seats, a lot of new items brought.
Teak deck and interior is in acceptable/good condition having in view the age and use of the boat. As well the Yanmar having 7000 + running hours but it works very fine, with new fuel filter added, inox fuel tank cleaned, service regularly done.
Boat is Romanian (EU) registered and VAT paid.

Inboard Yanmar 4JH2E - Strong, reliable, regularly maintained, by professional Company (NCP - Sibenik), running very fine, visually inspected running test done by Yanmar representative who said "running very fine for its age, just do the regular exchange of oil and filters but don't touch other".
GRP hull - very good condition, regularly polished teak deck - does not need any intervention or replacement, looking fine. standing rigging - completley replaced 2011 - with Navtec 1/19 wire deck gear / winches - very good condition - all Lewmar furling genoa, furling main - sails new - 2010 very well maintained anchor winch - 1000 W, anchor - 25kgs Delta, excellent holding
