  S/V Serenade is quick, with a fin keel, skeg and attached rudder.  A favorite Bob Perry design, she was built in 1980 by Nordic Yachts, in Bellingham, WA.  She has had two refits (most recently in 2011) and is comfortably equipped for long term live-aboard cruising.

The aft cabin is to port and head w/ stall shower to starboard.  The large galley is nicely laid out and well equipped.  The nav-station is to starboard.  The saloon comes with a choice of tables, providing a large easy-access dinette, and the starboard settee makes for a good sea berth.  While there is generous storage everywhere, the forward head has been turned into a shop area, with even more smart storage, as Serenade comes with lots of hardware and spares.
