She was purchased near completion and lovingly fit and finished by the current owner for his families' extended cruising. Launched in 2004 for rigging and sea trials, the family set out in the Spring of 2005 on a cruise from Iroquois to the East Coast. She returned to Kingston and is now offered for sale at incredible discount to her value. She is built fortress strong to last with the best of fittings. Excellent sails and rigging, completely comfortable for family cruising and exploring. Safety was not spared in any way and she includes many additional items that are not normally found on family cruisers. She is ready for her next adventure with a new Transport Canada Resistered. This vessel may be mortgaged as it does have an ability to carry a chattel. 3/16" plate steel. Deck and superstructure of same material. Structural framing is 1/4". 2" plate for twin bilge keels, skeg and stem. Lead in twin keels for ballast. Hull laid Burlington/Hamilton Ontario by Professional Hull Builder: Steel with smooth radius chine - Lord Riverdale design - 1991 Design for tidal waterways to sit out a low tide without tipping over. SS Bow Pulpit with stainless steel stantions and lifelines all around to stern rail. Stern rail custom mounted overhead solar panel. Vetus antiskid covering topside deck areas and all of cockpit floor. Full Teak toe rail - approx 30' each side (2x6); Teak cockpit trim and platforms for winches; all maintained brightwork.
