 If you are not familiar with Lien Hwa here is a little history. Lien Hwa Boat Yard was established in 1978 with substantial investments in modern facilities. Considering the high labor-intensive nature of the boat-building industry, Lien Hwa recruited and trained its own builders to nurture skills and ensure craftsmanship from the very beginning. OEM-business has been the major trend of Lien Hwa Boat Yard during the past twenty years. The OEM partners included Blue Ocean ( Holland - power boats), Little Harbor ( U S - sail boats), Marine Trader ( U S - power boats)Trade Winds ( U S - power boats) and currently the Mckinna Yachts. Throughout the years, the experiences and craftsmanship accumulated through these OEM partnerships have become priceless assets to Lien Hwa.

    The Lien Hwa 47 CMY gives you beautiful teak wood interior and a lot of space with great separation between the owners stateroom aft and the guest stateroom forward. She features a large salon, gourmet down galley and dinette, large covered aft deck, nice fly-bridge and a comfortable cockpit for fishing or getting on and off the yacht.

Starting forward with the guest cabin you will find a comfortable offset double berth. There is a settee along with hanging locker to starboard. good shelve storage along with good ventilation from 4 ports and a latge overhead hatch.The guest head is to port with sink, electric toilet and shower grate. Head has one opening port for ventilation.

The galley and dinette are down just aft of head and guest stateroom. The large u-shaped galley has abundant storage and good counter top space. The galley features a full size refrigerator/freezer, Princess 3-burner stove top and oven, Emerson microwave, double SS sinks,and  hot and cold pressure water. The dinette is directly across from galley and features a drop down table for sleeping if needed.

The salon is up 3 stairs from the galley and dinette. The engine room access is also by lifting these stairs for the engine room door.  With a lower helm to starboard and a side starboard boarding door allows for easy docking. The large leather L-shape sofa is to starboard behind the lower helm. To port is the entertainment center followed by the storage bench and stairs to aft deck. Aft and center is the stairs to owners suite.

The owners cabin is full beam featuring a comfortable island King berth. This owners cabin has abundant storage and a large hanging locker. Good ventilation with 2 large ports and sliding windows port and starboard. The owners head is large and features a stall shower, VacuFlush toilet, sink and good storage.

The aft deck is all about entertaining and fun. This area provides the owners with a nice covered area where all can relax and take in the day. The bar unit with ice maker, bottle and glass storage is great for all of your favorite's.This area is a comfortable place to relax and has easy access to the fly-bridge or aft cockpit.

The fly-bridge gives you great visibility and a true feel and command while docking and underway. All new canvas and enclosure in March 2012.

The cockpit aft provides a great place to fish, dive from and easy access from the swim step through the transom door. Weaver davits installed on swim step.
