This Hunter Passage 420 Center Cockpit "Blind Date" is in excellent condition, and her current owners have had her professionally maintained. The center cockpit design allows for a large aft stateroom that has a centerline queen berth and generous storage.  The salon and galley are well designed with a U-shaped galley, top/front loading refrigerator and separate freezer, 3-burner stove, and double sink.  There have been numerous upgrades and new equipment in the past 4 years.  Features include:

Two bow rollers are served by a Simpson Lawrence Electric Windlass, a washdown pump and sprayer, and an ample anchor locker with two drains. Includes a Rocna 55# anchor with 200’ of chain, a Fortress anchor with 20’ chain and 300’ line, and spare Delta anchor.

The headsail is on a Profurl furler and the mainsail furls in the mast with a Selden furler. All lines are lead to the cockpit for easy and safe sail handling. The cockpit has a dodger, bimini, and full enclosure.  Features includes a folding wheel, speakers, and remote stereo/CD/ipod control. Two stern perch seats provide a great view, and two large stern lockers provide space for fenders, spare anchors, and swim equipment.

The forward guest stateroom has a Pullman berth to starboard with a bi-fold window opening in the bulkhead between it and the salon. At the foot of the berth is a bookshelf and to port is a storage locker and seat. The forward head, with head, basin and shower, is in the bow. One settee on the port side and an L-shaped settee on the starboard side make up the salon. The dinette table can be lowered to support a double berth. The galley is situated to port of the companionway; the chart table to starboard. Behind the chart table is the walkthrough to the aft cabin, which includes a large locker for storage or the included washer-dryer. The aft stateroom has a queen-size berth and generous storage along both sides. The aft head is accessed from the forward, port side of the cabin.

There are 2 large and 3 small overhead hatches as well as 7 opening ports to provide ventilation throughout..
