Stock #43348 Good condition. Current owner is a company management official who regularly uses boat for weekly company cruises, with up to 45+ employees, up the Potomac River. Boat is in good running condition, great for entertaining, LOTS of usable space! Owner states "awesome use of space. We've partied with 45 people on board. There is no capacity placard so you can legally fit on as many people as you have space and life vests for. There is more usable space on this boat than any other 37' boat I've ever been on. She's also a head-turner. In great condition for her age and with mostly original hardware and features, she just has that classic look that makes everyone take not. We get nice comments everywhere we go, every time"! Both engines were completely rebuilt over winter 2014 and have less than a dozen hours on them at this point. The boat was hauled for the rebuild and seams restuffed with cotton and then puttied. A fresh coat of bottom paint applied(the previous coat was done in 2013(double coat), giving the boat roughly three coats at this point. So the hull is in GREAT condition. In March 2013, the whole topside was painted. The next job is to add another coat of varnish to the sole and brightwork(particularly on the gunnels). Last season(2013), the entire sole and transom were sanded to wood and refinished. No soft spots or rot, everything appears to be in very good condition with multiple coats of varnish. All the upholstery was re-done in 2013. New carpet also added inside. She's truly a beauty! -Some gauges don't work. Ignition switch on the flybridge doesn't work. Water heater isn't hooked up. It's believed to work but condition is untested. Boat is scheduled for extensive sanding/varnishing this season. Price will increase to $35000 once that is done. Willing to work with buyer if they prefer to do that work themselves.
