Galmara was in dry dock during July 2014 for maintenance works and a hull survey. 

This wooden Motor Yacht was built by Dagless Boat Builders in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire.  Originally commissioned and launched June 1971.

Hull is constructed of Iroko on oak. Deck is teak.

This vessel has been owned by the vendor for the past ten years. She has been used for cruising as far away as the Mediterranean and has also been used as a self-contained live aboard for many years.

ACCOMMODATION

The wheelhouse has a opening door on either side with a Captains helm seat providing excellent visability and an array of navigational instruments.

Behind the wheelhouse is a spacious and bright saloon with a ships table seating six comfortably. A door at the aft end of the saloon opens onto the covered afterdeck, a large area ideal for outdoor entertaining.  

At the forward end of the saloon are stairs leading down to the galley, a cabin with bunk beds and en-suite, two further cabins and a separate head.

Another set of stairs at the aft end of the saloon leads down to the Owner's aft stateroom with en-suite shower room, a second cabin with twin berths, a separate head and a full size walk-in engine room housing twin engines, generator and central heating boiler.
