AGILITY just completed a successful cruise across the Pacific. Panama to New Zealand and is currently sailing back to her birth place In Chile. Agility was purchased in 2012 with only minimal miles from Chile to Mexico and back to Panama. She has recently completed a two year trans Pacific cruise and has been in the care of a professional skipper / engineer with owner visiting from time to time. The TO DO list is completed and up to date. History is well documented with receipts available, she has been maintained with no expense spared. New Hydranet sails (November 2014), Rig Check, all major items serviced, and numerous small jobs including a huge inventory of on board spares make her cosmetically and practically better than new, down to charts installed ready to cruise. In Dec ’13 Agility was featured in a Red Bull paragliding film made in The Marquesas Islands. The skipper is available to discuss and handover this fast and well loved catamaran. Construction: Hulls, decks and pilothouse are constructed from vacuum bagged Epoxy resin and high performance uni-glass fabrics cored with “Core-Cell” SAN foam and PVC foam. Additional laminate of Kevlar on the hull bows for extra collision protection. All exterior surfaces are spray painted with linear polyurethane "AlexSeal"coating. Crossbeams are built of uni-directional carbon fiber/epoxy with foam cored epoxy/glass bulkheads. Extensive use is made of uni-directional carbon fiber reinforcement in high load areas of hulls and decks. Interior joinerwork and floorboards are all cored panels to provide stiffness at low weight. Refrigeration A custom fabricated side by side refrigerator/ freezer (7 and 5 cu/ft capacity) is located in the galley, inboard side. Adjustable shelves included in each compartment. Each unit uses a separate highly efficient SeaFrost compressor with electronic control thermostat providing redundancy. Aft Cabins Each hull has a separate aft cabin which contains a large double berth, hanging locker, built in dresser, two bench seats with additional stowage beneath seats and berth. A deck hatch and opening ports provide excellent cross ventilation. Midship Cabins Each hull has a sleeping cabin amidships that contains a large queen sized berth (66"x80"). A hanging locker, built in dresser, storage cabinet and bookshelf is included. A large deck hatch and two opening ports provide ventilation. Heads Forward in post and starboard hulls is a head compartment. Toilets are Tecma "Silence Plus" electric-flush with built in bidets. Toilets are plumbed to holding tank with valves for overboard discharge as well as pump out. Each head is equipped with a vanity with polished stainless steel sink with hot/cold pressure water via a chromed single lever mixer. Granicoat laminate counter top and stowage locker beneath. Two large stowage lockers with shelves for towels, etc. are within easy reach.
