LO SPRAY

Lo Spray is a fascinating motorsailer of the ‘60ies with a vintage spirit. It seems directly derived from a scottish Mc.Bryde little ship of the ‘30ies with her beutifull teak deckhouse and her high and powerfull bow. The Italian designer Franco Anselmi Boretti must have been really in love with these classic shapes when he designed this motorsailer for the use in Mediterranean sea . The classic mahogany construction was built in a refined way by the famous Picchiotti shipyard . Lo spray is an icon in Viareggio harbour . She has always been moored there and Viareggio is her port of call . The yacht is in the same family since over 40 years and she has been always professionally maintained by the crew and by  Francesco Del Carlo shipyard, very well known for important classic yachts restorations.The yacht has been published on the cover page of the magazine Yachting Italiano in 1971. In October 2007 Lo Spray received the Vele Storiche Viareggio Trophy for the best preserved details of her originality and for her cozy wooden interiors .

Forward,down below the galley , a bathroom and two double cabins with 4 bunks. Under the deckhouse floor , from the galley you can enter the ample engine room  . From the deckhouse, going astern down below there is the beutifull owners cabin with rwo big beds and a bathroom.
