Stephens Expedition Yacht

In 1997 BRAVO (ex. CYGNET EXPLORER; MANIA TWO) sailed to MCMULLEN & WING in New Zealand where she was stripped to bare hull, extended to 100’ (30.5m) ((running gear extended accordingly) . All superstructure, machinery, interior, carpentry, piping, plumbing etc were new in 1997 starting with the original Stephens aluminum hull under the design and supervision of Naval Architect Bill Tripp. The results are a superior, successful, long range, sea going yacht of versatile design and outstanding quality.  She sailed back to North America on her own bottom.

Further refits occurred in 2008 and 2013/14 including major mechanical, electrical and running gear systems, interior furniture. There is 1 master cabin in the center of the lower deck, mirror queen guest cabins, each with Pullman bed. The on deck spa and media room can convert to a 4th stateroom. The outdoor spaces culminate on the fly bridge under a full 2013 hard top; aft bridge deck al fresco dining; Portuguese bridge; foredeck lounges; aft deck dining under trapezoidal awning. Water access is excellent Tripp designed tender and toy garage with integral swim platform. The garage carries a 15’ RIB along with full dive gear for 6+and TONS of toys and equipment.

The Pilot House is generous with ease of movement to great visibility aided by a half wall at the aft end of the Pilot House that raises and lowers to avail 360 degree sight lines.  The pilothouse includes a leather guest bench. The Electronics are up to date and extensive (5 flat screens). Freeman wing doors lead out to a Portuguese bridge and full walk around bridge decks.
