The Irwin 52 Center Cockpit Ketch is known for providing luxurious accommodations for extended cruising.

• Layout for this vessel features raised salon amidships: 3 staterooms - two forward and a large master cabin aft; galley as you enter the boat to starboard and a Nav Station across to port.
• Two staterooms are forward of the Salon.  V Berth cabin has Hanging Locker, bench seat with storage under, and it's own head to Port directly forward of the Salon.
• Second stateroom has double Pullman style berth, with drawer and cabinet storage beneath and hanging locker. Its dedicated head also has full-sized toilet, vanity sink and shower.
• Aft stateroom features a centerline larger-than-queen berth with Froli mattress system; hanging locker, shelved locker, drawer storage under berth and in port bureau. Additional storage can be found inside the bench seating, under berth and stbd cabinets. To port there is an adjoining head with vanity, SS sink, house style toilet, linen closet, and features a large shower and a bath tub combination with instant continuous hot water.

• Open and spacious salon has large cabinside windows, teak cabinetry and teak and holly sole.  To starboard are two custom contemporary leather recliners with ottomans.  To port is an Italian leather L-shaped settee with expandable dining table.
